Awkwafina

Awkwafina began as an American performer and rapper, performing sly tunes that dealt with topics like racial or sexuality with a humorous twist. Prior to her move into Hollywood, she had the opportunity to perform a variety of tracks. Nora Lum began her musical path as a trumpeter. She was born in Forest Hills Queens, she was the daughter of Chinese immigrants and Korean immigrants. After a classical and jazz education, she delved into hip-hop when she was an teen. While at school, she majored in journalism and women's studies at college, even taking classes in Mandarin in Beijing for a time. It wasn't until she graduated that she begin to concentrate on music. The song My Vag, a response track to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity on the Internet in the year 2012. The track was later included in the album debut Yellow Ranger released in 2014. The album also contained were other viral hits including Queef (body-positive) and NYC Bitchethe cost of $. This latter song was directly connected to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide for 2015, which was a travel guide. After a successful career as a musician and songwriter, she chose to assume the role of an actor. In addition to early series that included Girl Code and Tawk - she was in films Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. In 2018, her breakthrough performances included Dude Ocean's 8, along with Crazy Rich Asians. Her EP came out, In Fina We Trust in June in the same year.
